Call you back, but charges you for Local Calls. And you have to preset the number, you cannot enter the phone number yourself.
I am from Montreal, and theres tons of company like this, I dont know why they are not here. But I get VOIP Mobile Unlimited. Its works for north America. I could write reviews since I tried bunch of them. Here is some of them, www.cellunlimited.net www.onecentld.com and others. Witch does better, faster and cost way less but dont get no Credit since they are not reconize. For anyone in North America those guys are the way to go.

The customer service does not exist. I have sent them 4 emails about the problem I can not login,and I ahve not received an answer. Be careful, think before loadin money.

This company offers good value for money its easy to use and I have contacted customer support on two occasions (via the internet) Voice recognition is good but with names that are not English its probably best if you think of a nickname,that works fine and confirmation is not required.For my limited use excellent . (UK)

The concept is nice and make sense if you have an unlimited call plan. The main issue is that their customer service is useless. In many cases they just confirm your question/issue but provide no answer/solution.

The best thing about Mobivox is its voice activition. Once you are registered and down load your skype or other contact list, you can call in the names using your natual voice without ever having to key in the numbers. Just voice in the people you want to call and it dials for you automatically. it even tells you the country you dial into. Great voice quality. super ease of use. i’ve never used its service so i can’t comment on it. Better than Rebtel or Jahjah in that there’s no call-back, no wait for the other party. Also, you can do 9-way conference across the world which comes really handy.

I have ahd major problems with connection issues I have email customer service over ten (10) times ver got a responce, their customer service doesn’t exist. I cannot login in and their customer service doesn’t answer my email, be careful think about it before loading your money.

Very nice and reliable service. It really works and the price is fair! I have used the service from time to time when traveling from Brazil to US and it is great.

I can’t even use mobivox as I want to pay in Sterling.

This is not a service for the occasional user or someone evaluating. You must pay $10 to use this, and when you need it for your next international trip, you will find your balance is gone. I’ve used a few times over the past few years while on trips, but every time I have to give them more money.
as per their terms “A credit balance expires 180 days after the last chargeable use of credits. Credit balances that are not used within such 180-day period will be lost”

overall it good but i can make a call some unsual problem persist overall all my account name for mobivox is good.

I put $10 into my account and the next day found $0.94 in it…made just two calls lasting 24min’s total. I keep writing emails to customer servoce with no reply whats so ever. That makes me extremely frustrated

for about a week now I have tried to log in to mobivox service from Milan in Italy. Not only do I get no response but it is impossible to even get into the website. To crown it all, my account has been updated and charged. I think this is unacceptable. No explanation has been given.
