JAJAH Overview
JAJAH is an innovative and simple way to make cheap phone calls using the Internet without headphones, microphones or having to install any software at all. JAJAH connects two standard telephone , whether they are landline or mobile, local or anywhere else in the world, regardless if the owner is connected to the Internet or not. I use JAJAH multiple times a day, JAJAH Direct, JAJAH Web and JAJAH Conference Calls. The voice quality is superior and rates are great.

My paid account stopped working and i cannot get any customer support since there is no number to call!!! I have emailed them 3 times and through their website, but no response for over a month. These guys have swindled my money and i would suggest everyone to stay away from them!

I LOVE Jajah! Also my friends and family love the service because they can call me for free with the Jajah-button and I can stay in contact with them although they are 10000 miles away from me. I really recommend it to all people who have international contacts.

Jajah is getting expensive. They are taking their free minutes back in a certain hidden way. I used to love jajah very much, but I really do not like their way to do business. Beware!! They will not keep their promise, and they change policy all the time…

It worked initially so I popped in £25. Then it broke. No one can contact me. No support reply yet but it has been less than an hour.
I will send a link to this page next to Jahjah and see if we get anywhere. I’ve given everything apart from call quality a 1 but I will update here with a more positive review if I hear from them.
Based on what Murtaza says above I doubt I’ll be back and I’ll write off the £25. C’est la vie.

Please stay away from JAJAH!. I had a very bad experience with them.. I won’t recommend it to ANYONE! After trying to make a payment with 3 different credit cards, they locked up my account indefinitely saying it was my fault! WTF!
Then I got calls from my 2 banks saying a fraudulent transaction could be in process, so they didn’t allow the transaction to go through. It looks like the banks were right.. this company looks more fishy to me each day that passes!

I’ve been using Jajah frequently for 2 years, and never had any problems with service or billings. International call quality is great, the rates are very low, and its extremely simple to set up and to use. Highly recommended
